This recipe is for biscuits and gravy. It’s easy to make and can make for some pretty good leftovers. I use the Great Value brand, but you can choose whatever brand you like. The prices will be based on the Great Value prices, though.
You will need:
- Great value brand can of biscuits ($1.84)
- Great value brand country gravy mix ($1.28)
- Optional: Add sausage if you like, it will add more volume and protein
Great Value sausage roll ($2.94)
This recipe costs a total of $6.06, not including tax.
Bake the biscuits according to the instructions on the can. You may need to adjust the time in the oven; just look for a golden brown top, and you’re good.
Cook the gravy according to the instructions on the package.
If you are putting sausage in with this meal, cook the sausage and mix it in with the gravy.
Once everything is ready, split a biscuit in half and pour your gravy mix over the biscuit and enjoy!
